Passage
Wakaya Passage is best dived with inflowing waters, which
usually
occurs with falling tides in association with the regular south
easterly winds. visibility and excellent fish live with frequent shark
sightings. Mantas are more frequently encountered with out flowing
waters.
northerly or westerly winds tend to reverse water flow in the passages.
site is depth wise suitable for all levels, during springtides currents
can turn it into a demanding dive.
Fijis only dive site with regular hammerhead shark sightings.
